How long have you been working at Lunor?
Since March 01, 2024.
What area do you work in and what are your tasks?
I work in internal sales, I enter orders for our customers, advise them by phone or email and book returns. In fact, everything to do with customer service – always with the aim of making the customer happy 😊.
What did you do before that?
Before that, I trained as an industrial clerk in the metalworking industry – so spectacle frames are completely new territory.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Nice phone calls with customers and exchanges with my colleagues.
What should not be missing in your daily work routine?
The odd laugh in the team and my overnight oats.
What interpersonal values are important to you?
Reliability, honesty, openness and humor.
