What area do you work in?
I work as a social media manager in marketing and look after Lunor’s social media channels.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I particularly enjoy the creative variety – developing content that reaches and touches people. I also love the exchange within the team and the feeling of creating something visible together.
What interpersonal values are important to you?
Openness, appreciation and reliability are particularly important to me in interpersonal relationships. I believe that honest and clear communication is the basis for trust – both professionally and privately. At the same time, I attach great importance to good work being seen and people supporting each other. I am someone you can rely on, I get actively involved and have a good sense of what others need at the moment. Self-reflection also plays a big role for me – I take feedback seriously and see it as an opportunity to develop further.
