I work as a social media manager in marketing and look after Lunor’s social media channels.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about your work? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I particularly enjoy the creative variety – developing content that reaches and touches people. I also love the exchange within the team and the feeling of creating something visible together.<\/p>\n

What interpersonal values are important to you? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Openness, appreciation and reliability are particularly important to me in interpersonal relationships. I believe that honest and clear communication is the basis for trust – both professionally and privately. At the same time, I attach great importance to good work being seen and people supporting each other. I am someone you can rely on, I get actively involved and have a good sense of what others need at the moment. Self-reflection also plays a big role for me – I take feedback seriously and see it as an opportunity to develop further.<\/p>\n
