There are not many dishes that the world thinks of as \u201ctypically German\u201d. Schnitzel, pretzels, sauerkraut, and \u2013 of course \u2013 beer, which many people in this country see as a full meal. Yet there\u2019s another German delicacy that is enormously popular: Swabian sp\u00e4tzle!<\/p>\n

The Lunor head office is located on the edge of the Black Forest<\/a>, which makes it officially part of Swabia. A region whose population is said to have a great passion for cleanliness (\u201cKehrwoche!\u201d [Sweep week!]), traditional bourgeois attitudes (\u201cSchaffe, Schaffe, H\u00e4usle bau!\u201d [Work, work, build a house]), and great thriftiness in household finances (\u201cKaufsch nix, hasch 100% gespar!\u201d [If you buy nothing, you\u2019ve saved 100%!]) and interpersonal dealings (\u201cNix gschw\u00e4tz isch Lob genug!\u201d [Saying nothing is praise enough!]). As cold as that sounds, I promise you that we at Lunor are extremely pleasant people.<\/p>\n
